🔄 BOO WHO Return Policy

We want you to love your BOO card game—but if you're not completely satisfied, here's how returns work:

🗓️ Returns Window:
You can request a return within 5 days of delivery.

📦 Condition:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

💸 Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

🚚 Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

📬 How to Start a Return:
Email us at knock@boowho.ae with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you from there!
